Protein Squares

Ingredients

  • Walnuts 40g
  • Pistachio 40g
  • Cashew Nuts 40g
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • My protein peanut butter 151g
  • Desicatted Coconut 54g (Could leave this out)
  • Porridge Oats 200g
  • Whey protein 60g or 2 scoops
  • Raisins and Cranberries from Aldi 50g
  • Dark Chocolate 200g
  • Almond Milk 200ml

Instructions

  • Chop up Nuts and Chocolate in to small pieces
  • Add in Honey, Oats, Coconut, protein, Honey and peanut butter and mix in bowl or in blender. I just mix in bowl
  • Mix in milk and knead in to a dough mix
  • Line baking tin with baking parchment
  • Spread dough mix evenly over baking tin
  • Put in fridge for a few hours until they harden
  • Cut into 30 pieces
  • They will last 2 weeks
