Protein Squares
Ingredients
- Walnuts 40g
- Pistachio 40g
- Cashew Nuts 40g
- Honey 3 tbsp
- My protein peanut butter 151g
- Desicatted Coconut 54g (Could leave this out)
- Porridge Oats 200g
- Whey protein 60g or 2 scoops
- Raisins and Cranberries from Aldi 50g
- Dark Chocolate 200g
- Almond Milk 200ml
Instructions
- Chop up Nuts and Chocolate in to small pieces
- Add in Honey, Oats, Coconut, protein, Honey and peanut butter and mix in bowl or in blender. I just mix in bowl
- Mix in milk and knead in to a dough mix
- Line baking tin with baking parchment
- Spread dough mix evenly over baking tin
- Put in fridge for a few hours until they harden
- Cut into 30 pieces
- They will last 2 weeks
