Today for some reason i decided to race twice. The first race was the 1500m at 11:30 ish and the second was the 800m 3:30 ish. The AAI games is a high level of competition with a lot of top athletes competing from around Ireland. I haven't raced 800m since 2019 in years and my pb indoor and outdoor was 800m. This was my second 1500m race of the season.
